1. Price & Quotation

Generally validity period of the quotation is valid for 15 days from the effective date. If the raw material price or exchange rate fluctuates some more, the price needs to be adjusted accordingly.

2. Product Samples

We can provide Free quantitative stock samples, Support customized printing of samples as draft.

3. Design & Artwork Drafts

AI, PDF, CDR, PSD format files with pixels at 300dpi are required. Better size is 88.5*57mm with bleed. Make sure the artwork created outlines so that there are no words missing and in different fonts. We willl provide a Layout confirmation for clients to check and confirm before production.

4. Production Time

From the day after the receipt of deposit, normal production time is 5-7 working days. If there are other processing techniques - such as silk screen, personalized information, signature panel etc, the delivery period should be extended by 1-2 business days.

5. Delivery Method

DHL, UPS, FEDEX or TNT are mainly shipping express to all over the world. Air & Boat shipments was supported by large cargo.

6. Payment Method

Currently supported by T/T international remittance, Western Union and Paypal.

7. Color Deviations

In view of the difference in printing equipments, materials, product inks etc, in the process of producing samples and large goods, the color of products will have a reasonable color difference within 8%.
